Before placing an order for custom graphics, please review the following Terms and Conditions. By proceeding with your order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

 

 1 - Commitment to Inclusivity

Our design services strictly adhere to the following principles:

  • NO HOMOPHOBIA : We do not accept designs that promote or endorse any form of discrimination based on sexual orientation.
  • NO BIGOTRY : We reject intolerance or discriminatory content against any individual or group.
  • NO RACISM: Designs that contain or imply racial or ethnic discrimination are strictly prohibited.

Failure to oblige will result in a refund and cancelation of your entire order 

 

2 - Intellectual Property

All designs and materials provided by Native Concepts remain the property of Native Concepts. Reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works without explicit written permission is not allowed.

 

3 - Liability 

Native Concepts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services in question.

 

4- Conduct and Communication

By submitting a design request, you agree that:

Content Guidelines: Your design request will comply with our commitment to inclusivity and respect. We reserve the right to reject any designs that violate these principles.

Approval Process: All designs will be reviewed to ensure they meet our guidelines. We may request revisions or reject designs that do not align with our values.

Respectful Interaction: Communicate respectfully and refrain from using discriminatory or derogatory language.

Adherence to Guidelines: Ensure that all content submitted adheres to our design and content guidelines.

 

5- Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our discretion if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

 

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Except as expressly provided in a written agreement between you and Native Concepts, all materials, information and services on this site are provided ‘AS IS’ without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to a) the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or the warranty of non-infringement.

Without limiting the foregoing, Native Concepts makes no warranty that the services and materials will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, accurate, reliable or quality controlled and assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in the information on this site and references to other organisations, their services and products.

We are not responsible for timeliness, unavailability or interruptions in availability, viruses or other defects in the site or its contents. In no event shall Native Concepts be responsible for any damages to users or their computer systems, loss of profits or otherwise, even if Native Concepts has been informed of the possibility of such damages and without regard to negligence.
